Position Details

  • Drive aggressive growth by partnering with Defendify's SDR & marketing team to identify and engage new direct prospects within your assigned territory.
  • Passionately educate potential customers on the benefits and compelling value of Defendify’s solution to small and mid-market IT teams.
  • Champion a consultative approach to sales, fostering value-driven partnerships through relentless customer focus.
  • Leverage deep technical knowledge and comprehensive understanding of the IT/security industry to power impactful sales discussions.
  • Consistently outperform monthly and quarterly sales targets through determination and strategic execution.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with potential customers and both internal and external partners, ensuring smooth progression through the sales process.
  • Energetically contribute to our team-oriented culture by sharing valuable insights, constructive feedback, and proven best practices.
  • Successfully navigate diverse sales cycles, from rapid quick-turn deals to complex long-term engagements, with equal commitment and drive.

About You

We are looking for a team player who:

  • Proven ability to establish and maintain relationships with C-suite executives, including CISOs, CTOs, and senior IT leaders.
  • Expertise in managing the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing and ongoing account management.
  • Experience engaging complex buying groups with multiple decision-makers (CISO, CTO, Risk & Compliance teams, etc.).
  • 3-6 years of direct sales experience with a strong track record in prospecting.
  • Background in selling SaaS, cybersecurity, or technology services is preferred.
  • Self-driven with a strong commitment to excellence, customer focus, and delivering results.
  • Dedicated to continuous personal and professional development.
  • Familiarity with the SPICED sales framework is a plus.

This is a flexible position open to candidates with varying levels of experience and offers significant long-term growth potential.
